SouthEast Asia Energy Limited (SEAN) received
25-year Build-Operate-transfer (BOT) concession
from the government of the Lao PDR for the
design, construction and operation of a 615 MW
hydroelectric power plant to be constructed on
the Nam Ngum River in the Lao PDR. South East
Asia Energy Limited operates energy of total
annual supply 3,200 GWh and it will be sold to
EGAT Public Company Limited throughout the
concession period by the way of a Power Purchase
Agreement. |
