AUDITOR'S REPORT ON ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATING TO UNREALISED FOREIGN EXCHANGE LOSSES To the Board of Directors of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited I have reviewed the consolidated financial statements and the financial statements of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited for the three- month and six-month periods ended 30 June 2001 and have issued my report on those statements in my report dated 1 August 2001. My review of those financial statements included a review of the information in the accompanying report "Additional Information Relating to Unrealised Foreign Exchange Losses" which was prepared by the Company's management for submission to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Besed on my review, I am not aware of any material modification that should be made to the information in the report "Additional Information Relating to Unrealised Foreign Exchange Losses" of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited for the three-month and six-month periods ended 30 June 2001.
