(Subsidiary) at the par value of Baht 100 per share, in the total amount of Baht 14,999,700.-. Furthermore, Bangkok Concrete Industries Co.,Ltd. (Subsidiary) resolved to increase its registered capital from Baht 170 Million to Baht 200 Million, by issuing 300,000 ordinary shares for capital increase, at the par value of Baht 100 per share, and allocate 300,000 shares for capital increase at the value of Baht 100 per share, to the existing shareholders of the company according to their shareholding proportions.
