SET Halts Trading of CK As requested by CH. KARNCHANG PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (CK) the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) temporarily ordered the halt trading of CK from the second trading session of 23 November 2006 because the Company will consider determining theoffer price of ordinary shares for capital increase through a private placement with institutional investors which may affect the price of CK securities. Therefore, the company requests the SET to halt trading on its securities. Thus, the SET has halted trading of CK on the second trading session of 23 November 2006.
