Attn.: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to the fact that on October 15, 2007, CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the resolution passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2007 in agenda item 4 granting approval for the Company to acquire assets, namely, an office building named Viriyathavorn Building, comprising Condominium Unit Title Deeds Nos. 587, 587/1, 587/3-587/26 and Land Title Deeds Nos. 21494,61932, Tambon Samsen Nai (South Bang Sue), Amphoe Dusit (Bang Sue), Bangkok, from CK.Office Tower Co., Ltd., as previously informed. The Company would like to inform that the Company has made payment for such assets to CK. Office Tower Co., Ltd. (the Seller) in the amount of Baht 625,000,000, whereby the Seller has fully redeemed the mortgage of such assets, including any existing encumbrances with the bank. In this regard, the Company has duly registered the acceptance of the transfer of ownership of such assets from CK. Office Tower Co., Ltd. on November 1, 2007. Please be informed accordingly.
