Reference is made to the fact that CH.Karnchang Public Company
Limited "Company" has issued a declaration letter of the additional
information of the consolidated financial statements ended 31 December 2006 on
loans in item 11(in proportion to the company's interest in the joint-
venture) of the Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company
as followed.
1) Joint Venture CKAE Consortium as planned to receive a totaled loans
repayment within no later than 31 December 2008.

Moreover, Rayong Real Estate Company Limited "RY" has already
informed of itsprogress of the operation for RY's immovable property
development project named Wangjuntr Golf Park project which located at 129 Moo
6 Tambol Pa Yoob Nai, Amphur Wang Chan, Ra-Yong Province. This project has
planned to develop to be a golf course with 54 holes divided into 3 phases
including club house as well as lodging and resort of which to be sold for
members and also sell some parts of land in the future. However, as the public
utility development plan approaching to the government sector has not yet
reached its target, such development therefore has been delayed and enable the
project to be not completed entirely. At present, this project has been in the
process for the specialist to have a course test for some parts especially
Phase I and Phase II zones of golf course as to prepare for its readiness and
must take some time for an official opening for the whole project. In this
regard, such development project operation has been completely operated around
the percentage of 30 of the plan. Moreover, since the opening test for service
presently has not yet received its income at the normal rate and such income
has to pay for interest to the joint ventures accordingly. However, RY has
proceeded to gradually repay interest to the joint ventures.
3) As the Company has already informed to sell the ordinary shares
of Bangkok ConcreteIndustry Company Limited (Subsidiary) "BCI" to Widen
Holding Company Limited as referred to 3), theCompany hereby informs further
concerning the loans burden of BCI with the Company as at 31 December 2007 as
detailed below.

For the progress of repayment of BCI as above lists as at 29 February
2008 of which the Company has not yet received. However, the Company expects
to receive a repayment completed within June 2009 and such loan also has got
Widen Holding Company Limited as a whole guarantor with the Company.
