Karnchang Public Company Limited hereby informs that the Company has exercised its option to subscribe for purchase of 3,969,000 capital increase shares in Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited (Subsidiary), according to its shareholding proportion, at the par value of Baht 10 per share, totaling Baht 39,690,000. In this regard, Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited has requested the Company to pay for the newly issued shares at 40 percent, amounting to Baht 15,876,000.-. Furthermore, Bangpa-in Cogeneration Limited resolved to increase its registered capital from Baht 1 Million to Baht 50 Million, by issuing 4,900,000 ordinary shares for capital increase, at the par value of Baht 10 per share, and allocating 4,900,000 capital increase shares to the existing shareholders of the company according to their shareholding proportions.
