The Company hereby informs you that the Company has already purchased ordinary shares in Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited, namely, 5,000,000 shares from Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd., 5,100,000 shares from Bang Pa-in Land Development Co., Ltd. and 3,000,000 shares from Para Management Co., Ltd.
