Karnchang Public Company Limited No. 1/2005, Series 2, year of maturity is 2007, would like to advise that we are going to close the registered book of such debenture-holders on March 13, 2007 at 12.00 AM for the last time of interest payment and refund the principal which is falled on March 27, 2007.
