Dear Sir,
We, BankThai as a Registrar of the Unsubordinated and
Unsecured Debentures of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited No.
1/2005, Series 2, year of maturity is 2007, would like to advise that we
are going to close the registered book of such debenture-holders on
March 13, 2007 at 12.00 AM for the last time of interest payment and
refund the principal which is falled on March 27, 2007. Details of
payment are as following:
Total Issuing Amount 200,000,000.00 Baht
Face Value 1,000.00 Baht
Interest Rate 4.25% per annum
Term of payment (days/365 days) 225 Days (August 14,2006 to March
26,2007)
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities
system,we would like to inform that the Stock Exchange of Thailand to
suspend trading on CK073A commencing from 9 March 2007 to 27 March
2007. Since 28 March 2007 CK073A debentures will no longer be listed
securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
