Karnchang Plc (CK) reported that at the meeting no.5/1996, held on September 2, 1996, at 5.00 p.m., the board of directors has resolved to issue and offer unsecured debentures worth totalling not over Bt2,500 million at maturity not over five years. Some or the entire amount of them will be offered to institutional investors both in local and/or foreign.
