REPORTS SIGNING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH POLICE DEPT
CH. Karnchang Plc. (CK) released that they and CH. Karnchang-Tokyu
Construction Co., Ltd., a joint venture, has signed a contract with the
Royal Thai Police Department to construct an office building for the
department.
The cost is Bt754,800,000, and will be completed within 760 days.
The contract signing was done on September 30, 1996. The distribution
between CK and CH. Karnchang-Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd. is 0.01% and
99.99% respectively.
