Ch Kanchang Plc (CK) unvailed its subsidary Ch Kanchang-Tokyu Construction Co Ltd and Tokyu Construction Co Ltd allied to sign in joint venture agreement on May 16, 1997 to operate construction of Bang Pa-in- Pakkred expressway along Chiangraknoy and Bangsai as well as bridge across the channels. This joint venture is named CTC Co Ltd, 51% stake held by CK's subsidiary and 49% by the other.
