Karnchang Public Company Limited, have had a Resolution of the Executive Board No.2/2541 on the 18th of February 1998, for the Company to jointly invest as a shareholder of 7,994 shares in the Bangkok Underground Metro Company Limited which such company has an objective to construct, operate and manage the trains, electric trains, tramcars system and the systems of any vehicles using other types of energy including any other business related to the trains, electric trains, tramcars system and the systems of any vehicles using other types of energy. Bangkok Underground Metro Company Limited has a registered share capital of Baht one million (1,000,000) divided into ten thousand (10,000) shares in the following proportion of shareholding: 1.
