The operating result of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited, Subsidiaries, and Joint Ventures for the three-month period ended March 31, 1999 was increased compared with the same period of 1998. As at March 31,1999, the company recorded net liabilities in foreign currencies which resulted in decreasing unrealized gain from currency exchange compared with the previous period. In addition, our revenue recognition has decreased gradually because some projects had mostly finished in the previous period. For your consideration.
