Subject:Signing Construction Contract
Attention: President
The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Since Joint Venture CKSL which established by CH. Karnchang
Plc. and SNC - Lavalin Inc. has signed the content of The Design,
Manufacture, Supply and Installation of the Track Work for the
Metropolitan Rapid Transit, Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line with
Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority. The value of this contract is Baht
3,020 million ( Three thousand twenty million Baht only). We are pleased
to inform that Joint Venture CKSL has signed the above contract on
October 15, 1999 in the proportion as follows:
1. CH.Karnchang Plc. 50%
2. SNC-Lavalin Inc. 50%
