Subject : Notification of the resignation of the Audit Committee
To : Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
In accordance with the regulation of the SET regarding to the information disclosure and other
compliance of listed company which the listed company has reported or submitted the information to the
SET within three Business Days from changing the director.
The Company would like to inform you that Mr.Somkuan Watakeekul , the Company's Audit
Committee, submitted his resigned letter from the company's director due to a lot of works. The
Company has already received resigning letter on December 14, 1999.
