Director of the Registration Department Stock Exchange of Thailand Whereas CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited has had a Resolution of the Executive Board No. 8/2543 on the dated 8 September 2000 for the Company to jointly invest as a shareholder of 490 shares in VKCS (Thailand) Limited which such a company has an objective to operate the concessionaire of the water production to sell to the Provincial Waterworks Authority in the area Omnoi- Omyai, Nakhon Pathom Province and Samut Sakorn Province. VKCS (Thailand) Limited has a registered share capital of Baht 100,000.00 (Baht One Hundred Thousand Only) divided into 1,000 shares in the following proportion of shareholding: NAME PORTION(%) 1.
