Ref.: CK-00-0000-AFD-L-1074 26th December 2000 Subject:Signing Construction Contract Attention: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Since Bilfinger+Berger (Thai) Construction Co., Ltd. in corporation with Bilfinger+Berger Bauaktiengesellschaft, International Division, and CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited, has signed the contract of the Construction of Cable Accommodation for 115 KV, 69 KV and 24 KV Outgoing Circuit From Vibhavadi Terminal Station Project by Pipe Jacking, Horizontal Directional Drilling and Open Cut method with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority on 25th December 2000. The value executing the value-add-tax of this contract is Baht 400,571,809.21 (Baht Four Hundred Million Five Hundred Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred Nine and Twenty One Satang) with 720 days construction period. The participation stake of each partner is as follows: COMPANY PORTION 1) Bilfinger+Berger (Thai) Construction Co., Ltd. 65% 2) Bilfinger+Berger Bauaktiengesellschaft, International Division 10% 3) CH.
