Karnchang Public Company Limited, have had a Resolution of the Executive Board No.10/2543 on the 25th December 2000, to jointly invest with Expert Transport Company Limited in Joint Venture CKET which has an agreement with Bangkok Metro Company Limited to work as a representative in management and control of technical and operation of the concessionaire of the Metropolitan Rapid Transit Chaloem Ratchamongkhol Line of the Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority.
