The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Whereas CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited have had a Resolution of
the Executive Board No.1/2544 on the 18th January 2001, to decrease the company's
investment in the VKCS (Thailand) Company Limited from 49 percent to 15 percent or
decrease 340 shares. Presently, the VKCS (Thailand) Company Limited has a registered
shares capital of Baht 100,000.00 and consist of 1,000 ordinary shares at per Baht 100 per
share which is fully paid-up.
