The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Since CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited has signed the contract of the
Local Co-ordination Agreement to co-ordinating and liaising with the Thai Authorities for Water
Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Thai Tap Water Supply Company Limited as the related
company of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited. This transaction is a normal and general
practice course of our business. The details of the contract are as follow:
Contract Date : 12th June 2001
The Value of Contract : Baht 365,360,000.00 (Three Hundred Sixty Five Million
Three Hundred and Sixty Thousand Baht Only)
Period : 30 years
