Karnchang Public Company Limited "the Company"'s subsidiary, as the concessionaire operating subway project namely the MRTA Initial System Project Chaloem Ratchamongkhol Line (Hualampong-Bangsue) for 21 km. Long distance has signed Loan Underwriting Agreement in the amount of Baht11,150million with Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Thai Military Bank Public Company Limited, Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, and Siam City Bank Public Company Limited, since 10th August 2001. In addition, BMCL plans to raise its capital to Baht 6,500million which is expected to be staked by the Company 25%. For your information.
