(Translation) No. CK-02-0000-PO-L-0117 11 December 2002 Re: Notice of Change of Director and Authorized Signatory Directors of the Company Attention: Managing Director of the Stock Exchange of Thailand With reference to the Company's letter informing the Stock Exchange of Thailand of resignation of Mr. Kamthorn Trivisvavet, the Company would like to inform you that the Affidavit registered with the Department of Commercial Registration previously indicated that the authorized signatory directors of the Company are "any two of the following directors, namely, Mr. Thavorn Trivisvavet, Mr. Plew Trivisvavet and Mr. Kamthorn Trivisvavet, jointly sign and affix the Company seal, or any of the following directors, namely, Mr. Thavorn Trivisvavet, Mr. Plew Trivisvavet or Mr. Kamthorn Trivisvavet and any of the following directors, namely, Mrs. Saikasem Trivisvavet or Mr. Narong Sangsuriya, being two directors jointly sign and affix the Company seal." Due to the resignation of Mr. Kamthorn Trivisvavet from the Board of Directors, it is therefore necessary to change the Company's authorized signatory directors. In this regard, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2002, on 2 December 2002, passed a resolution approving the selection of authorized signatory directors as follows: "Mr. Thavorn Trivisvavet and Mr. Plew Trivisvavet jointly sign and affix the Company seal, or any of the following directors, namely, Mr. Thavorn Trivisvavet or Mr. Plew Trivisvavet and any of the following directors, namely Mrs. Saikasem Trivisvavet or Mr. Narong Sangsuriya, being two directors jointly sign and affix the Company seal." In this respect, the Company has registered such change of director and authorized signatory directors with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on 3 December 2002.
