The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Since CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited has sign the contract for
inspection, repair and improvement of the Second Stage Expressway, both the civil works and
the traffic control system with Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited. This transaction is
a normal and in ordinary course of our business. The detail of the contract is as follows:
Contract Date: 9 July 2003
The Value of Contract: Baht 143,742,237.50
(One Hundred Forty Three Million Seven
Hundred Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty Seven Baht Fifty Satang) excluding VAT
Period: 10 Months
