Since CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited has sign the Construction of
Supplementary Design and Engineering, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Start-Up of
SBIA Aviation Fuel Depot Project, with Bangkok Aviation Fuel Service Public Company Limited.
This transaction is a normal and in ordinary course of our business. The detail of the contract is
as follows:

The Value of Contract: Baht 1,764,430,000.00
