Karnchang Public Company Limited has been granted for the Construction Contract with Navanakorn Public Company Limited as to perform the works for the Navanakorn Industrial Promotion Project (Nakornrachasima - Phase I), Soongnern District, Nakornrachasima Province. As such agreement is a normal business in conformity with the ordinary business conditions whereby the Company had ever entered into an agreement with the other companies as its details are the followings : 1. The Construction Contract for the Service Road System, Storm Drainage System, Sewage Pipe and Main Distribution Pipe : Signing Date March 1, 2004 All cost of agreement Baht 201,000,000.00 (VAT included) (Two Hundred One Million Baht only) Completion period 12 months 2. The Construction Contract for Dike, Land Levelling, Raw Water Reservoir, Retention Pond , Pump station I and Office Buildings : Signing Date March 1, 2004 Cost of contract completion Baht 64,999,000.00 (VAT included) (Sixty-four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Baht only) Completion period 12 months For your information.
