President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand The Executive Board of Directors Meeting No.3/2004 which was held on 8 March 2004, passed a resolution to grant approval for the Company to purchase ordinary shares for capital increase in Bangkok Metro Company Limited, from Baht 6,800,000,000 to Baht 7,050,000,000 by way of issuance of 2,500,000 shares, so as to maintain the Company' s shareholding ratio of 23.09 percent of the registered capital of Bangkok Metro Company Limited, representing 577,291 shares for capital increase to be additionally purchased by the Company at the par value of Baht 100 per share totalling Baht 57,729,100.
