Since CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited has signed the Construction
Contract for Maptaphut Feederline Project with Thai Petroleum Pipeline Company Limited. This
transaction is a normal and in ordinary course of our business. The detail of the contract is as
follows:
Contract Date : 18 June 2004
The Value of Contract : Baht 649,000,000.-

Period : 12 months (approximately)
