This transaction is a normal and in ordinary course of our business. The detail of the contract is as follows: Contract Date: 9 July 2004 The Value of Contract: USD 1,534,658.30 (One Million, Five Hundred and Thirty-Four Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty-Eight Dollars and Thirty Cents) Plus : Baht 435,084,719.- (Four Hundred and Thirty-Five Million and Eighty-Four Thousand, Seven Hundred and Nineteen Baht Only) not including VAT Period: 15 months (approximately) For your information.
