Karnchang Public Company Limited on 6 November 2003 resolved to approve the issuance and offering for sale of debentures in the amount not exceeding Baht 3,000,000,000 (Baht Three Thousand Million), details of which you have been informed. The Company filed the registration statement and the draft of prospectus ("Filing") to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission , the Filing has been in effect and the debentures has been offered to both general public and institutional investors with the subscription date during 14 to 15 October, 2004.
