Since CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited had entered into the joint
in investment as shareholders for the number of 8,999,995 shares in South East Asia
Energy Limited whereby such company has its objective in business operation on
transaction management and business management. This includes designing, control and
consultant as well as research, marketing, counsels and business operation. South East
Asia Energy Limited has its registered capital for 100,000,000.- Baht (One Hundred
Million Baht Only) that being allotted into 10,000,000 shares with the par value of 10.-
Baht each.
