Since CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited has signed the Construction
Contract for the additional Works for the Supplementary Design and Engineering , Supply ,
Construction , Commissioning and Start Up of SBIA Aviation Fuel Depot Project at
Suvarnabhumi Airport
Package 1: JP One Facilities , Receipt Storage Tank Base.
Package 3: JP One Receipt Storage Transfer Facilities, Receipt Facilities.
Package 4: JP One Receipt Storage And Transfer Facilities, Storage and Transfer
Facilities.
with Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services Public Company Limited. This transaction is
a normal and in ordinary course of our business. The detail of the contract is as follows:
Contract Date: 20 October 2004
The Value of Contract: Baht 149,947,243.78.-
