The Company consequently hereby revises additionally on the Criteria of Transaction Share Pricing for 2 existing Information letters recently as below : "8. Criteria of Transaction Share Pricing Pricing of the transaction shares of Bangkok Express Public Company Limited is to utilize the estimated market value for 30 days backwards from September 28, 2004 to October 27, 2004 that the average share shall be valued Baht 23.34 per share, of which the fair price agreed by both transaction parties, and also agreed by the Company as a fair price compared with market price." that to be replaced as the following. "8. Criteria of Transaction Share Pricing Pricing of the transaction shares of Bangkok Express Public Company Limited is to utilize the estimated market value for 30 days backwards from September 28, 2004 to October 27, 2004 that the average share shall be valued Baht 23.34 per share, of which the fair price agreed by both transaction parties, and also agreed by the Company as a fair price compared with market price. Thus, the aforesaid shall be deemed only to be the price comparing on an initial price of which the actual price would have been on the procedure of the Company's Freelance Financial Consultant's appraised price. However, the actual price shall be not exceed the market price as of the actual share selling date.
