SET HALTS TRADING OF CK
Stock Exchange of Thailand Halts Trading of CK
The Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") has ordered
the trading halt of CH. KARNCHANG PUBLIC COMPANY
LIMITED (CK) because CK's Board of Director meeting
resolved to increase capital, dividend payment and
debentures issuance , but such information has not
yet been released to the public thoroughly.
Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of
the Company's securities, effective from the first
trading session of March 1, 2005 until the firm
has clarified or disclosed this material information
to the SET.
