Karnchang Public Company Limited hereby informs you that the Company has exercised its option to purchase 23,250,000 ordinary shares for capital increase in SouthEast Asia Energy Limited (Subsidiary) at the par value of Baht 10 per share, in the total amount of Baht 232,500,000.-. Furthermore, SouthEast Asia Energy Limited (Subsidiary) resolved to increase its registered capital from Baht 100 Million to Baht 400 Million, by issuing 30,000,000 ordinary shares for capital increase, at the par value of Baht 10 per share, and allocate 30,000,000 shares for capital increase at the value of Baht 10 per share, to the existing shareholders of the company according to their shareholding proportions. Therefore, in order to maintain the shareholding proportion of 77.50 of the registered capital in SouthEast Asia Energy Limited, the Company shall additionally purchase 23,250,000 shares, at the price equal to the par value of Baht 10 per share, totaling Baht 232,500,000.-. In this regard, SouthEast Asia Energy Limited has requested the Company to pay for the newly issued shares at 25 percent, amounting to Baht 58,125,000.-. Please be informed accordingly.
