Ref: CK-05-0000-AFS-L- 0362 November 15th, 2005 Subject : Declaration of Operating Result of 3rd Quarter Ended September 30, 2005 compared with the 3rd Quarter Ended September 30, 2004 Attention : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand CH.Karnchang Public Company Limited, Subsidiaries and joint ventures have the operating result of the three months period and nine months period as of September 30, 2005 reached the increased profit of 693.2% and 342.6% respectively compared with the same fiscal year of 2004 due to the following factors : 1. In the 3rd Quarter of this year, nine months period , the company has an increasing income from the construction work resulting from the progress of some projects which have high value , such as Southen Outer Bangkok Ring Road Project and Ground Improvement for the 1st Midfield Satellite Aporns and 3rd Runway Project; together with having an increasing profit from exchange rate. 2. In the 3rd Quarter of this year , three months period , besides the above reason , the company also gained the profit from selling of short term investment. For your consideration.
