Karnchang Public Company Limited, held on October 5, 2005, resolved to grant approval for the Company to sell ordinary shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Co.,Ltd. to Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, in the amount of 750,000 shares, Thai Military Bank Public Company Limited, in the amount of 750,000 shares, and Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited, in the amount of 1,450,000 shares as per the details in such resolution of the Board of Directors and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which was already informed. The Company hereby informs you that the Company has already proceeded on selling ordinary shares in Thai Tap Water Supply Co.,Ltd. to Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Thai Military Bank Public Company Limited and Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited, at the price of Baht 290 per share, totaling Baht 855,500,000. As a result, the Company currently holds 27,049,994 shares representing 90.16 percent of the registered capital in Thai Tap Water Supply Co.,Ltd. (formerly the Company held 29,999,994 shares representing 99.99 percent of the registered capital in Thai Tap Water Supply Co.,Ltd.). Please be informed accordingly.
