(Affiliate) Attn: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to the fact that CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited holds 3,206,820 shares or representing 29.10 percent of the registered capital in Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. (Affiliate) (Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. has the total registered capital of Baht 1,102,000,000, divided into 11,020,000 shares, at the par value of Baht 100 per share). At present, the Company would like to inform that the Company has purchased 826,500 ordinary shares in Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. from Berli Jucker Public Company Limited, at the price of Baht 73.50 per share, amounting to Baht 60,747,750, and also purchased the right of claim of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited in respect of such obligations under the Sponsors Support Agreement, towards Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. and TMB Bank Public Company Limited, in the principal amount, including interest, of Baht 126,957,520. Upon completion of the sale and purchase of shares, the Company shall hold 4,033,320 shares or representing 36.60 percent of the registered capital in Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd.
