Subject: Notification of Issuance and Offering of Debentures
Attention: The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
By resolution of the 2006 Annual Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited, on April 28, 2006,
the Company shall issue and offer debentures within the value of not
exceeding Baht 3,000,000,000 (Three Billion Baht) as per the details in
such resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which was
already informed.
The Company hereby informs you that the Company has issued and
offered the foregoing debentures, as per the following details:
1. Unsubordinated and unsecured debentures of CH.
Karnchang Public Company Limited No. 1/2006 due 2009:
The Company has already submitted the registration
statement and draft prospectus to the Office of the Securities and
Exchange Commission, and such documents have become effective.
Furthermore, the Company has offered the debentures to institutional
investors by opening for subscription on September 19, 2006, as per the
following details:
