SET Resumes Trading of CK
SET Resumes Trading of CK
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) had ordered the trading halt
of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) Pcl.("the Company")
because The Company had requested that the SET temporarily
halt trading of its securities effective from the second
trading session of 23 November 2006.

Now, the Company has disclosed the offering
of ordinary shares for capital increase
through a private placement with institutional investors
which has been thoroughly disseminated through
the SET's disclosure systems.and request the SET to cancel
a trading Halt for the company's securties.
Thus, the SET has resumed trading the CK's securties
from the first trading session of 24 November 2006 onwards.
