As such agreement is a normal business in conformity with the ordinary business conditions whereby the Company had ever entered into an agreement with the other companies as its details are the followings : 1. Engineering Procurement and Construction Contract for the Pathum Thani Expansion Project (Phase III), Pathum Thani-Rangsit Water Supply Project Signing Date March 20, 2007 All cost of agreement Baht 567,600,000 (VAT excluded) (Five Hundred Sixty Seven Million Six Hundred Thousand Baht only) Completion period approximately 22 months 2.
