Karnchang Public Company Limited informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the fact that Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. would proceed with its restructuring by way of its registered capital decrease by Baht 1,552,000,000 from Baht 2,752,000,000, whereby the number of shares would be decreased by 15,520,000 shares, and as a result, the remaining registered capital would be Baht 1,200,000,000 consisting of 12,000,000 ordinary shares at the value of Baht 100 per share.
