CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited 75 percent 2. Loxley Public Company Limited 25 percent In this respect, CKLX Joint Venture has signed an engagement contract of the construction project of the toll collection and traffic safety control systems for the Bang Pli - Suksawad Expressway and Highway No. 37, Bangkok Outer Ring Road (Bang Pli - Bang Khun Thien Expressway, Suksawad - Bang Khun Thien Section) with the Expressway and Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand, which is considered an ordinary course of business on an arm's length basis.
