Karnchang Public Company Limited informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2007 held on June 25, 2007 granting approval for the Company to sell all shares in Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. to Thai Tap Water Public Company Limited, with the remaining 500,000 shares to be transferred and paid for at a later date, in respect of which the Company would further inform the shareholders. The Company hereby informs that the Company has completely transferred the remaining 499,998 shares to Thai Tap Water Public Company Limited at the price of Baht 340 per share, totaling Baht 169,999,320, on December 18, 2007, with the transfer and payment for the shares on the same date (the remaining two shares are held by natural persons). In addition, on such date, Capital Rice Company Limited has transferred 561,454 shares in Pathum Thani Water Co., Ltd. to Thai Tap Water Public Company Limited at the price of Baht 340 per share, totaling Baht 190,894,360, (with the transfer and payment for the shares on the same date).
