Reference is made to the fact that CH. Karnchang Public Company
Limited has been granted for the Underground Cable Duct with Manhole and Riser
Post Re-installment Contract at the Drainage Way Project in the area of
Suvarnabhumi Airport with Cat Telecom Public Company Limited. As such
agreement is a normal business in conformity with the ordinary business
conditions whereby the Company had ever entered into an agreement with
the other companies as its details are the followings:
