Karnchang Public Company Limited, No. 2/2008 dated February 29, 2008, approved to arrange for the 2008 Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 30, 2008 at 9.30 am., at the meeting room on 4th floor, located at 587 Wiriyathavorn Building, Sutthisarnwinitchai Road, Kwaeng Din Daeng, Khet Din Daeng, Bangkok, for consideration on the agendas as detailed information previously.
