Karnchang Public Company Limited No. 2/2552 Due B.E. 2555 ("Debentures"), detailed as follows: Issuer : CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited Type of Debentures : Unsubordinated and unsecured debentures in registered form with a debenture holders' representative Tenor : 3 years from the Issue Date Issue Size : Up to 1,400,000 units Issuance Amount : Up to THB 1,400,000,000 Par Value : THB 1,000 Offering Price : THB 1,000 Issue Date : June 25, 2009 Coupon Rate : Fixed rate at 5.30% per annum for the first two years and fixed rate at 6.00% per annum afterward until the maturity date Issue Credit Rating : "BBB+" rated by TRIS Rating Company Limited The Company has already submitted the registration statement and draft prospectus to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and such documents have become effective on June 11, 2009.
