Karnchang Public Company Limited entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Tokyu Construction Company Limited by using the name CKTC Joint Venture that having the objective for the construction works of the Mass Transit System Project (Purple Line) (1) Bang Yai to Rat Burana,Bang Yai to Bang Sue Section, Contract 1: Elevated Structures (East); whereas based on joint investment proportions as follows: 1. CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited 70 percent 2. Tokyu Construction Company Limited 30 percent In this respect, CKTC Joint Venture has signed an engagement contract for Mass Transit System Project in Bangkok (Purple Line) (1) Bang Yai to Bang Sue Section, Contract 1; Elevated Structures (East), with the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand.
