BOOK CLOSING AND SUSPENDED TRADING OF CK102A
CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) announced the redemption and
payment date of the Debentures of CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited
No.1/2005 Series 1, Due 2010 (CK102A) on 26 February 2010. Also CK announced
its book closing date on 12 February 2010 for further redemption and payment
process
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities transfer system,
CK has asked the SET to suspend trading of CK102A effective between 10
February 2010 and 25 February 2010. (Detail as in CK news on SETSMART dated on
1 February 2010)
By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for
the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February
9,1995,the SET will suspend trading on CK102A between 10 February 2010 and 25
February 2010 as the company requested. Since 26 February 2010 these
debentures will no longer be the listed securities on the Stock Exchange of
Thailand (SET).
